Roomvow is developed by OOTSSU. This policy explains what the Roomvow iOS app and the Roomvow review service at roomvow.ootssu.com handle, why, and for how long.

Projects on your device

Project names, client references, selections, notes and imported photographs are stored on your device. They leave the device only when you export a file, share a PDF, or publish a proposal for client review. Exported copies are outside Roomvow’s control once shared.

Studio account

Publishing a client review requires a studio account. The service stores your email address, studio name, a salted password hash and session records. Your email is used only for account verification and password recovery messages. Sessions expire after 30 days.

Client review

When you publish a proposal, the service receives a snapshot of the proposal and the photos you uploaded for it. Uploaded photos are re-encoded and their embedded metadata, such as location, is removed. A review link gives access to that snapshot for 30 days or until you revoke it. Anyone with the link can view it, so share it only with the intended client.

Client responses include the name the client enters, their selection decisions, comments, the proposal version and submission time. An entered name is not a verified identity.

Retention and deletion

Hosted projects, review history and photos are kept until you delete the project or your studio account. Deleting your account in the app permanently removes the account, sessions, projects, photos, review links and client responses. Unused uploads are removed after seven days. Server backups roll over after 14 days. Sign-in rate limits store a one-way hash of the network address for ten minutes.

Service providers

The review service is hosted by Bluehost (Newfold Digital) in the United States. Account emails are delivered through Resend. Apple processes in-app purchases; OOTSSU never receives your payment card information. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app identifier and App Store purchase records so subscription status can be confirmed and reported. Roomvow contains no advertising and no third-party analytics.

This website

The interactive example keeps your choices in the current page and does not submit them. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives routine network information such as your IP address.

Your controls

You can export or delete local data from Settings, revoke any review link, and delete your studio account at any time. Deleting the app or account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Roomvow is intended for professional use and is not directed to children.
